MISSION
The mission of Pharos Innovations is to improve the lives of individuals with chronic diseases. We accomplish this by connecting patients with their care providers proactively and in a timely manner. In so doing, we deliver value to our customers by allowing care providers to better manage their patients, reduce unnecessary hospitalizations and practice in a more cost-efficient manner.
