Device-free, technology leveraged telehealth

Unlike the remote patient monitoring you are used to, Tel-Assurances uses a device-free, technology-leveraged platform to enhance access to and coordination of services and increased veteran satisfaction.

Tel-Assurance does not require special equipment. Implementation is simplified, engagement is increased and costs remain low because Veterans can use any available telephone (land line or cell phone) or internet connection and basic health measurement tools to gather and report basic symptom information.

Your Veterans who currently are not able to be monitored because of physical or technological issues will now be eligible for chronic care coordination and monitoring. Your care managers’ roles are simplified as they do not have to deploy or retrieve any equipment, or worry about equipment infection control issues or special equipment to accommodate language, vision or literacy impairment challenges.

Tel-Assurance is the only solution to solve the challenges of accessibility. Our device--free platform means that:
